Course Description: This course is designed to prepare individuals to understand the physical, psychological and social influences pertaining to housing decisions required for creating a desirable living environment. The course includes instruction in human and environmental factors influencing the form and use of housing. Study involves varied types of housing, costs, exterior and interior design, home furnishings and equipment, and improving living space to meet individual and family needs.
